Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds work for DarkBloom apps and in-app purchases.

App Store & Google Play Purchases

All purchases and subscriptions for DarkBloom apps are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests for these purchases must be made through the respective platform:

  • Apple App Store: Request a refund through Apple's "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play Store: Request a refund through your Google Play order history or contact Google Play support

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your device's store settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased feature, please contact us at hello@darkbloom.app before requesting a refund through the store. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.
